The process seems to take care of the problems here, and it would be fun to see a survey of feedbacks from folks who use it:-) Thanks for the great break-down Steve. It seems to me that when we get people "right" we also get "business" right. The opposite is also true and its evidence is in the many plunges firms all around us. Nice to see positive responses. What do you think?

Yes, Ellen, I like the idea of going back later and finding out what the experience was honestly as well as what changed as a result. Checking progress toward agreed goals is standard. But I've never done a real in-depth study of the total experience from a broad-based population of participants.
