What a treat!
All Things Workplace has been recognized by voters as the Best of Leadershp Blogs for 2008.
I'm "in transit" right now but wanted to say 'thanks' to all who participated and will add to the post later.
A thank you as well to Kevin Eikenberry and his staff who worked hard to manage the details.

Hi Steve.
Congratulations! Absolutely well deserved. You had my vote. Keep up the good work, and I will keep reading.

You are the man.
Just imagine when you get out of that chair what will happen!
Seriously, you had my vote from day 1 and my friendship and admiration long before that.

Thank you all for taking time to offer good wishes.
I'm convinced that the interest surrounding All Things Workplace is the result of your comments and conversation. People stop by, see what is being discussed, add a little something, and we all walk away having learned as a result.
It doesn't get any better than that!

Congratulations Steve.
Well deserved because you constantly give practical advice. That is hard to come by when mere opinion or theory passes for most of it today.
I hope the your legion of loyal readers grows with each new post.
All the best.

What can I add that hasn't been said before? Well I guess that in my view what you write is wise and helpful and this is even more powerful because how you are demonstrates your own personal leadership. If you are helpful and supportive of all of your readers like you have been to me it is a wonder you get anything else done.
Wonderful result Steve - it will take one impressive person to knock you off the top!

Hey, all,
Thanks so much.
Have been trying to get a new post up since last night but am experiencing tech difficulties with the platform. If it doesn't get fixed soon, the comment section will become the actual blog.
That could be a pretty nifty experiment...

Steve-
Even on days when I ration my net surfing, I still manage a peek at "All Things Workplace."
Thanks for consistently stimulating posts, and the crew of responders they generate.
Congratulations,
Shaun

Hello, All,
What a treat to hear the good wishes from you regarding the blog honor.
Have been squirreled away doing the unglamorous parts of consulting all week and only getting a chance to peek out at the world periodically.
I'm sticking to the belief that we're all looking to learn from each other and hope we can continue to do just that through topics that interest us and the conversations that follow.
Thank you for making that possible.
