I received a nice surprise this morning in my inbox when informed that All Things Workplace has been included in the Top 100 Leadership Blogs compiled by Bestuniversities.com. They've also done a helpful job of breaking "leadership" into different categories for readers with special interests.

Hooray! Steve, I'm so behind on your blog, but the recent guest posts about transformational conversations and being right vs. being happy (or perhaps being heard?) are brilliant and actuall yuseful to think about when engaging in any kind of negotiation at work or at home. Just another reason I return time and again to All Things Workplace!
Speaking of which, I have a couple of work-related and career-related posts this week that I'd love your comments on, if you were to have a moment to pop by. I posted one last night, and I'm posting about a job-vulnerability quiz on Thursday that I think is ridiculous.
Anyway, keep up the good work. I so enjoy learning from your perspective!

Steve:
You deserve tons of recognition. And I think you have one of the best blogs. I am skeptical of bestuniversities...they included my strength based leadership site which folded into www.davidzinger.com in October of 2007. This site does not seem to be the best university for checking their research.
Having said this I rank you in the top 10 and ZingU.
Seriously, keep up the fine posts.
David

David,
To receive an official ZingU shout-out negates any possible iffiness affiliated with said site.
May the ranking gods bestow a full moon on Saskatoon.

Steve,
Well done and no surprise. I have always found your site to be one of the best for practicable, no-nonsense leadership advice. Thanks for what you do. Hooah! TM

Thanks so much for taking time for the kinds words--much appreciated.
And a "Hooah" puts the icing on the cake!

Congratulations. I found this blog because it appeared on a top-ten list of leadership blogs somewhere else.
