I remember being in Tomorrowland in Walt Disney World several years ago and they had a 'talking' trash can. We had read that it was there but it was still fun to be able to actually see and interact with it.

That's a great video and an even better idea. Think of all the things we do at work that we would rather not do. I bet adding just a little bit of thought at task design would change things from a chore into something better.

And remember managers, if it's fun to do you don't have to remind people to do it.
