Some time ago I was working with a group of students teaching basic coaching skills. One of those students was deaf - and the organisers of the workshop were concerned about how we could handle it. I suggested we just ask him - which with his input we found a way for him to contribute fully. And of course showed clearly why listening with more than you ears can be a great skill.
